ストレージ(Flash Memory)の構成
e.MMC の構成
MA-S1xx シリーズには 4GB の e.MMC を搭載しており、信頼性向上のため pSLC1)モードに設定して使用しています。
パーティション構成は下記のようになっています。

SPI Flash メモリの構成
ブートデバイス用として、2MiBのSPI Flashメモリが搭載されています。
構成は、下表のようになっています。
